Changing lives
CRI changes lives. Our services make a real difference to those whose lives
have been blighted by crime, drugs and anti social behaviour.
We empower people to turn their lives around and we work to protect, support and strengthen families, individuals and communities.
Rapid growth
Demand for our services is increasing and CRI has grown rapidly in response. This expansion makes it an exciting time to be on the CRI Board of trustees where you will have the opportunity to influence the growth and strategic direction of one of the fastest growing charities in the country.
Join us
We are looking for new Board members who are really committed to making a difference to people’s lives. We need the right people with the right skills to help us continue to grow. If you want to help change society for the better, then we want to hear from you.

How are board members chosen?
CRI operates an open, competency-based, recruitment programme for trustees. Prospective trustees are asked to provide their CV and a letter expressing interest and will be interviewed by members of the Board.
We run an induction programme for new members to familiarise them with our work and can provide further training if required.
If you are interested in joining the CRI Board of trustees please contact the Chief Executive for an informal discussion. We can also arrange for you to visit some of our projects to find out more about how we work.
