We provide services across England and Wales designed to enable people affected by substance misuse, crime, and social and economic deprivation, to make permanent, positive changes to their lives. We seek to achieve this through engaging with people, assessing their needs and providing advice, information, treatment and referral to services that can help.
We target people with multiple and complex needs and work in partnership with the police, prisons, health service, education and employment providers to tailor our support to meet our service users diverse needs.
