To this end, the Data Manager's post will hold responsibility for overseeing the efficient collection and analysis of data across all of CRI London’s projects (and occasionally other CRI sites throughout the country). The post holder will have a particular focus on NDTMS and DIP reporting but will also be expected to become familiar with data collection, analysis and reporting in other formats as required. The continuing implementation, support and training of the new internal database will also be undertaken by the Data Manager.

DIP Worker

CRI in partnership with Ealing DAAT are looking for candidates with commitment and drive to work as part of an established and successful team. The chosen candidate will be delivering treatment and care services to problematic drug users who are referred through the Tough Choices programme. This will involve delivering front line engagement and assessment services within police custody, court and community settings.
The post will also involve working within a highly successful DIP case management team. The focus of this position is to accurately assess client needs, motivational work, and creation of a meaningful care plan to maximise the chances of achieving the best possible outcomes for the client. We are therefore looking for someone with excellent engagement, assessment and care planning skills, DANOS compliant accredited training, and a flexible approach. An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen in a dual purpose role situated in Ealing.
The chosen candidate will require a special interest in wanting to develop their expertise in the Safeguarding arena and take a lead in the development of initiatives that engage more women in effective treatment.
The focus of this position is to lead on all Safeguarding issues within the service including providing staff training and chairing the monthly Safeguarding Meetings. CRI have recently been commissioned to deliver an exciting initiative of a Young Person’s Arrest / At risk Referral Worker in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
The worker will work alongside the Stoke-on-Trent T3 Young Person’s Drug and Alcohol Service a multi-disciplinary specialist services providing assessment, advice, treatment and support to young people experiencing serious and complex substance misuse related problems in the Staffordshire/Stoke area. The services work closely with a range of other agencies to facilitate a full range of support for young people.
We are currently seeking innovative and experienced applicants with local knowledge for an Arrest Referral Worker. Working primarily to identify needs and develop relations with Staffordshire Police and other partners you will assess and provide a referral response for under 18’s detained in police custody and within the community in partnership with other initiatives. You will carry a case load and provide advice, support, assessment and brief intervention and referral to 10-18 year olds experiencing alcohol and drug related problems. Support will also be provided to parents/carers and professionals where appropriate.

Senior Practitioner

CRI are seeking to appoint a Senior Practitioner Recovery Worker to oversee a team engaged in the case management of service users within the integrated treatment service in Warrington. The person appointed will carry a small caseload and be part of the management team, with a responsibility for supervising staff and supporting the overall delivery of a highly outcome focused service.
You will have excellent communication and developmental skills, substantial knowledge and experience of working with substance misusers so that you may deliver high quality services in accordance with NTA and NICE guidelines. Ideally you will also have knowledge of the criminal justice system and a range of interventions including CBT, ITEP, and MI and also an understanding of abstinence based interventions. You will be committed to service user involvement. You will also have some knowledge around clinical interventions (prescribing protocols) in drug treatment.
You will be responsible for contributing to the overall performance of the service to ensure that contractual output targets are achieved.
You will be required to record and input client data and information in order that the service operates within contractual, administrative and financial requirements. There is an expectation that the post-holder contribute to the wider strategic aims and on-going development of the service
The successful post holder may be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This will include evening and weekend work.
You will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.

CRI in Sefton are seeking a qualified counselling supervisor with extensive experience of working with substance misusers and addiction to coordinate a new Intensive Psychosocial Counselling service as part of its Integrated Recovery Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the implementation and development of this new service and to be part of the Drug System Change Pilot which was awarded to Sefton DAT. The service will primarily offer short term interventions (12 weeks) and be based on an integrative model of practice but with a focus on MET, CBT and family systems therapy.
The post holder will be responsible for the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteer counsellors and ensuring that the service employs evidence based interventions, meets specified quality standards and achieves performance targets. The post holder will be committed to the principles of recovery and supporting individuals to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.

Outreach Worker

Oxford Street Services Team are looking for a new outreach worker, with substantial previous experience in either homelessness, substance misuse or mental health services, who will be able to contribute to the development and delivery of dynamic street services for rough sleepers within Oxford.
As an SST worker you will work within the homeless community to identify people who are rough sleeping and deliver an assertive front-line service to those individuals. The work will include comprehensively assessing the often complex needs of rough sleepers and ensuring that effective care-planning enables successful resettlement pathways for service users, either in Oxford or in other areas in the country. Consequently, SST workers are required to build and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with individuals who services often consider chaotic, hard to engage or challenging. Additionally, the team works closely with partner agencies including the local authority, police and the voluntary sector.
We are looking for an individual who can take a positive and proactive approach to meeting the challenges of enabling rough sleepers to find appropriate support and accommodation. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the capacity and commitment to working with the homeless community in a manner that is non-discriminatory, empowering and, whenever possible, user-led.

CRI, in partnership with the above District and Borough Councils and their respective social housing providers, are looking to recruit four key workers to join our Family Intervention Project.
These new posts are highly demanding and will work within a service that aims to prevent anti-social behaviour and crime, through non-negotiable support to families with complex needs. Candidates must have experience and knowledge of coordinating and managing interventions, alongside the use of sanctions and enforcements.
You will need to be self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and flexible approach to working. You will also have the ability to work productively and reliably under pressure. Applicants must also demonstrate an understanding of complex issues affecting families including substance misuse, mental health, poverty and domestic violence.
The successful candidates will have significant experience of working directly with vulnerable people and/or families and have a good working knowledge of current safeguarding legislation. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with service users, professionals and other team members. Knowledge of housing policy and legislation is desirable.
